/about/human

I build revenue engines. The machine never gets to be the point.

Brazilian. Trilingual. Twelve-plus years carrying the number in enterprise SaaS and cybersecurity: $40M+ closed, $100M+ pipeline, teams built and led across North America and LATAM. Now I build AI systems for revenue — and I run everything I sell.

chapter 01 · origin — brazil

Born interpreting.

I was born in Brazil, studied law, and eventually built a career leading enterprise technology sales across North America. Looking back, those were never separate chapters.

I've always been doing the same work: understanding people, decoding complex systems, and helping ideas move from uncertainty to action.

Today I build companies, AI systems, and performance frameworks around that same principle.

Sales was never the destination. It was the proving ground.

chapter 02 · the climb

I carried the number. IBM · PALO ALTO NETWORKS · IP FABRIC · STRIIM · ILLUSIVE

Enterprise cloud at IBM — $15M+ in complex, multi-stakeholder revenue. Cybersecurity at Palo Alto Networks — $8M+ closed and a LATAM team scaled. Then the startup chapters: building the US enterprise motion at IP Fabric from zero to $15M pipeline in six months.

$40M+ closed. $100M+ pipeline built and managed. Teams built and led across the Americas.

chapter 03 · the mask

The costume worked. That was the problem.

The provider. The always-closer. The man with answers. I wore the mask so well — for so many rewarded years — that I forgot it was one.

The numbers were real. So was the cost. Nobody audits the cost of the costume.

"With time, the masks become the face. Almost."

chapter 04 · the reset · rec

Everything changed. So did I.

A few years ago my life got rebuilt down to the studs — the career, the country, the man. I spent two years in Brazil putting it back together, and I came back different: same engine, honest fuel.

I'm not selling a redemption arc. The rebuild is still running. That's exactly why you can trust what I write about it.

LOG · REBUILD · LIVE"Crawled for two years. Not sure I'm out. Building anyway."
chapter 05 · the build

Now I build the machine — on purpose.

Sonar: signal-based revenue systems — the machine I run and sell. Badger Labs: the public build log — AI systems, ad hoc projects, proof over polish.

One man, everything in the open. AI does the repetition. I keep the judgment.

chapter 06 · now

Father first. Everything else is fuel.

Two boys. They're why the pillar has to hold — why the discipline came back, why the work means something past the number. You won't see their names here — just what they built in me.
